I had my 10 month old Fidelco Guide Dog puppy- in-training in the store this morning who was aggressively barked and lunged at by a yorkie on a flexi leash. The manager witnessed the whole event and refused to address any part of the situation and actually stated that he knew the law but wouldn't take any action. Shame on him for having no courage at all and for the worst customer service.
